SHIPPING POLICY

General Delivery Information

Standard Delivery: 
We offer free standard delivery for orders above £90. For orders below this value, a delivery charge of £3.95 may apply. We aim to deliver your parcel within 2-3 working days.

Next-Day Delivery:
Cost £5.50. If your order is placed by 5 pm, it will be packed and dispatched by our warehouse the same day and you will receive it the next working day.
Please note that our warehouse is closed during weekends, so if you order on Friday after 5 pm, your order will be processed the next working day (Monday) and will arrive on Tuesday.

On the working day before a bank holiday, orders must be placed by 12 pm for Next-Day Delivery. Orders placed after 12 pm will be processed on the next working day.
 

Saturday Delivery: 
Cost £8.50. If you place your order by 5 pm on Friday, it will be delivered on the Saturday of the same week. Orders placed after 5 pm will be delivered the following Saturday.

Important Delivery Information

 

  •  We do not deliver to the Channel Islands, Canary Islands, Gibraltar, Malta, PO Boxes, BFPO addresses, or any type of forwarding address or service.
  •  Orders may be dispatched for delivery early on occasions, depending on the rate of dispatch in our warehouse.
  •  You will receive an email to confirm when your order has been dispatched.
  •  Keep in mind that during Sale and busy periods, deliveries may take longer
  • Orders are delivered in branded parcels featuring Dr. Martens' logo.
  • Our main delivery partner in the UK is Royal Mail. We might use DPD for larger shipments.
  • Dr. Martens is not responsible for any parcels that go missing/are stolen as a result of the delivery instructions that are left for our courier.

Delivery Time Request
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. Deliveries are made during standard working hours and may vary depending on the courier's schedule.

Unfortunately, we cannot amend the delivery address once the order has been placed. Once we have received it, as it is immediately sent to our warehouse for processing. Please ensure that the delivery address is correct before placing your order.
 

If you are not around when the courier first tries to deliver, you should receive a calling card with information on whether your order was delivered to a neighbour or if you need to pick it up from your local collection point.
