Docs not quite right?


Any online purchase made from 1st November 2025 can be returned until 31st January 2026 (or within 30 days of receipt), either online or at any Dr. Martens store.  

RETURN TO STORE
Purchased on-line? Products that have been purchased on-line can be returned to any of our Dr. Martens stores (excluding Outlets and Ireland stores) for a refund or an exchange. Please note, that stores can only accept regular returns in their original condition and packaging up to 30 days after receipt.

RETURN BY POST

Before you begin your return, please note, if we receive an order that is not in a re-saleable condition, the item/s may be sent back to you. We will process your return within 14 days of receipt in our warehouse. You will receive an email only once your refund has been processed, so please keep your proof of return as we don’t send notifications when your parcel arrives at our warehouse.
Please note that returns by post are for refunds only. Exchanges aren’t available, so you’ll need to place a new order for the item you want.

STAGE ONE
Scan the QR code on the returns form provided with your order or visit the Royal Mail website to generate a pre-paid returns label - the label will be sent to you via email.

Attach to the outside of your return and take it to your nearest drop off location.
Your local Post Office can also print off your label for you, using the QR code on your generated label. Please check that your nearest location has printing facilities.

Lost your returns form? That's no problem, you can print a new one.

STAGE TWO
Please fill out the returns form received with your order and choose a return reason code from the list of options. Please enclose it in your parcel. Order date and product code can be found in your order confirmation email. Simply select a return reason code from the list provided in the form.

Drop your parcel at your nearest location. You can also download the Royal Mail App to arrange a collection.

Keep your returns receipt so you can track your parcel online.

WHAT'S NEXT?

You will receive an email only once your refund has been processed, so please keep your proof of return as we don’t send notifications when your parcel arrives at our warehouse. Please allow up to 14 days from the date of receipt in our warehouse for this process to be complete. Your refund will be issued back to the original payment method.

To check the status of your return you can do so directly on the Royal Mail website.
